I remember helping my father at open houses back in the 70's, times were different back then, purchase contracts were different back then too.

At that time and well into the 80's real estate had gotten "slick". Real estate was a "hard sale" approach without the fundamental of earning one's trust and confidence.  It was like no one was looking out for the best interest of the buyer and giving objective advice. 

Many people are still disillusioned with the process and the people involved.  I am determined to never let you feel that way.  My goal for each transaction is customer satisfaction and giving the client a better understanding of the complex legal aspects of real estate.

I am a 2nd Generation, full time real estate consultant. I love what I do! My real estate business enables me to have forethought, internal fortitude, goals, systems, and checklists, which has helped me make a conscious decision of what I really want out of life.

Along with my 10 years of negotiating experience as a top producer in real estate. In my career, I've undertaken and completed the Graduate Realtor Institute program as well as continue to take many updated consumer protection classes and marketing workshops.
